Project Manager Overall Performance

Employment degree: 80-100% Your field of activity <br /> • You assume entrepreneurial overall responsibility for demanding timber construction overall performance projects and control the entire construction process from planning, tendering and awarding through to realization across all trades to turnkey handover • As a responsible project and construction manager GU/TU, you manage your projects independently and control costs, deadlines and quality • You organize and lead project teams, coordinate external specialist planners and contractors, work closely with cost planning and execution and act as a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the client • You move in an environment with short decision-making paths, a lot of trust and real scope for action <br /> Your foundation <br /> • You have basic training in construction as well as a degree as a technician HF timber construction, construction manager or construction planner, or a comparable qualification. In addition, you bring several years of experience in construction and/or project management, preferably in timber construction • Even with complex projects, you always maintain an overview by working in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented manner • You appreciate working independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility, structure and plan your projects proactively and communicate clearly and at eye level.
