Your tasks:

• Support in the day-to-day business of personnel recruitment and customer care
• Administrative tasks such as data maintenance, telephone management, and correspondence
• Assistance in the creation of employment contracts and deployment planning
• Cooperation with various departments and customers
• General office and secretarial work

What you bring with you:

• Completed schooling with interest in a commercial apprenticeship (KV EFZ)
• Good communication skills in German, other language skills are a plus
• Open, reliable, and eager-to-learn personality
• Customer-oriented demeanor and teamwork skills
