Mandated by a high-end watch manufacturer in the Geneva region for a permanent position, we are looking for a:

SCHEDULING SPECIALIST / SCHEDULER (M/F)

Job Description
--------------------

• Establish the manufacturing program and plan workshop work
• Verify the feasibility of the manufacturing program by validating the load/capacity calculations of the workshops and supplies
• Create and launch manufacturing orders according to the production plan.
• Ensure the availability of components and supply them to the relevant department
• Ensure the follow-up of MOs and deliveries
• Ensure the processing of returned and reworked parts.
• Identify and analyze any shortcomings and discrepancies.
• Participate in projects for the optimization and acceleration of flows.
• Conduct analyses aimed at optimizing stock levels
• Manage inventories and management indicators for the production sector.

Profile sought
-----------------

• HES engineer degree, ES technician with a focus on production management, industrial engineering, supply chain.
• First experience in Switzerland in short-term scheduling/planning, in watchmaking would be a plus.
• Mastery of IT tools, notably Excel
• Good knowledge of an ERP (SAP, pro-concept, M3)
