As reinforcement for our sales team at our headquarters in Rüti near Büren, we are looking for a Sachbearbeiter/in Service-Center «Alcosuisse» 100% (m/w/d) Sachbearbeiter/in Service-Center «Alcosuisse» 100% (m/w/d) Your tasks: Receiving and processing written and telephone customer inquiries, processing the associated orders and ensuring order processing (d/f); Creating offers and order confirmations, timely and system-relevant entry in an ERP system and subsequent entry; Processing customer complaints; Regular (daily) and system-relevant master data maintenance; Creating specific evaluations and situational collaboration in projects. You have: Completed commercial basic training or equivalent training in sales internals; Professional experience in a similar sales activity is an advantage; Very good German language skills and good Swiss German language skills; Good user knowledge of the common MS Office palette and experience in handling an ERP system; Team ability, pleasure in dealing with external and internal stakeholders, reliability, flexibility, independence and an exact working method.
