Processing of internal concerns as well as correspondence with health insurance companies, patients as well as attending physicians
Processing of rejections and inquiries from insurance companies as well as patients
Active teamwork as well as taking over vacation and absence coverages
Your competencies
Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant, certified nurse or healthcare specialist
Experience in the healthcare and tariff system as well as in outpatient and inpatient service billing is an advantage
Flexible, resilient, responsible personality with a positive aura
Independent, exact and structured way of working
Friendly, service-oriented interaction with patients as well as partners
Very good German skills in speaking and writing; foreign language skills are an advantage
