For the winter season 2026/27 we are looking for from 01.12.26

a cook (m/f)

with good specialist knowledge and a positive attitude towards the profession, who also seeks the challenge and not just a job. In other words, a creative, committed and motivated team player.

Your area of responsibility:
-Providing the mise en place for all stations
-Organization for our à la carte and half-board restaurant laBrasera and Fonduestübli Alp31
-Running your own station Entremetier & Saucier, assistance at the Gardemanger and Patisserie
-efficient and clean way of working
-Responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the chef
-Compliance with hygiene regulations
-Ordering the goods required for the production of the mise en place
-Team player, flexibility is required and looks beyond their own area of responsibility
