For our psychiatric nursing pool, we are looking for dedicated Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH 30-100% with experience in psychiatry, starting immediately or by arrangement. You can expect versatile assignments in different psychiatric facilities, where you can contribute your professional expertise, get to know new working environments, and adapt your workload flexibly to your personal needs.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (for degrees obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Several years or sound professional experience in psychiatry
• High professional and social competence
• Independent, resilient, and responsible personality
• Flexibility and openness to changing locations and interprofessional teams

Tasks ##

• Holistic care, support, and accompaniment of people with different mental illnesses
• Independent planning, implementation, and evaluation of the individual nursing process
• Professional handling of crisis situations as well as initiation of suitable nursing interventions
• Implementation of psychiatric and somatic nursing measures according to current quality standards
• Observation, assessment, and documentation of health status as well as ensuring seamless nursing documentation
• Close interprofessional collaboration with doctors, psychologists, and other therapeutic professional groups
• Flexible assignments on various psychiatric wards and in different care areas
