You advise and support the employees of the teams in the area of supplementary benefits with your know-how. You triage objections, check defined cases and implement changes efficiently. You develop practical optimization suggestions and accompany their implementation. You work closely with internal and external partners and specialist offices. Your profile Several years of professional experience in the field of social insurance, ideally in supplementary benefits. Degree as eidg. dipl. Sozialversicherungsfachperson. Strong analytical and networked thinking skills. The ability to communicate complex content understandably in writing and orally. Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation. An independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as the willingness to react flexibly to new challenges and to take on responsibility.
