We are looking for Plant Operators (m/f/d) for a position in the food industry in the Emmental - Bern region.

Job Description ##

• You are responsible for the operation and monitoring of the packaging and production plants assigned to you.
• You provide technical guidance to your assigned team colleagues on the line and ensure a smooth production process.
• You carry out regular checks of product quality and reliably adhere to our quality and hygiene standards, so that our customers always have the most delicious product in Switzerland available.
• You complete production reports regularly and correctly.
• You always keep an eye on the production plan and settle production orders correctly.

We expect ##

• You have a basic training EFZ in the food sector (Plant Operator, Machine Operator, Cook, Butcher, or in food or dairy technology)
• You have a strong technical flair for machines as well as excellent hygiene awareness.
• You already have initial knowledge of system application with SAP.
• You are flexible, mobile, and ready to work in shift operation (3-shift).
• You have very good oral and written German skills (at least B1).
