Service:

Activities:

Control the blue zone, limited parking areas, parking meter and report illegal parking.
Manage the public domain (terraces, various requests).
Control construction sites.
Support partners (PONE, OFDF, SCAV and other SDP).
Perform regular patrols and road checks.
Report infractions (LCR) committed by the driver of a moving vehicle.
Control public sanitation.
Write reports.
Welcome the public at the counter.
Collect taxes.
Set up signage during events.
Manage volunteers during events.
Deliver summons.
Notify judicial acts.
Enforce winter measures.
Evacuate and manage impound lots.
Replace adult patrol officers.

Desired profile:

CFC or title deemed equivalent. Public security officer certificate required or willingness to undergo training. Light vehicle driver's license. Having experience in security is an asset. Person domiciled in Le Locle or in a locality in Switzerland allowing them to reach the workplace within fifteen minutes or willing to relocate. Knowledge of road traffic law, municipal regulations, directives on serving summons as well as laws on trade police, public establishments and public sanitation. Swiss nationality or Permit C. Discreet, empathetic personality, comfortable in contacts and having a collaborative spirit. Good knowledge of the City. Mastery of French (oral and written). Availability and flexibility, notably for events and winter on-call duty. Additional information: Clean extracts from the criminal record (standard and special) and the debt collection office will be requested from the selected person. The schedule involves a rotation from 7am to 7pm as well as Saturday morning. Start date: Immediately or to be agreed.
