With this vision, we are committed at the Friederika Stiftung so that young people with a learning disability find their place in our society. In eight professional fields, we offer 40 young people the opportunity of a practical training PrA according to INSOS, an EBA certificate training, or a practical vocational preparatory year within the framework of the special public school. Most learners attend the in-house school and/or live in one of our four residential groups.

Employee and Trainer Housekeeping, 60-100% ##

What you move ###

• You have the educational responsibility for 3 to 4 PrA learners according to INSOS and EBA vocational certificates.
• You are the direct professional contact person: You maintain contact with the parents, plan and accompany external internships, and support the young people at the end of their training in searching for a suitable follow-up solution.
• For PrA learners, you provide the vocational instruction, individually tailored and practical.
• For EBA learners, you take over the learning support.
• You ensure the housekeeping services in the Friederika Stiftung.

How you make us happy ###

• You are a specialist in hotel management-housekeeping, cleaning technology, or facility management with a focus on house services.
• You have pedagogical/agogic experience, model a positive professional image, and know how to guide people with a learning disability in a practical way.
