Event Logistician (m/f/d) 80-100%

As an event logistician, you are right in the middle of the action instead of just being there. You roll up your sleeves when a location turns into an event – transport equipment, take care of setup and dismantling, and ensure that every part is in the right place at the right time.

• You bring our event material safely and reliably to the right place
• You are responsible for the setup and dismantling of the event infrastructure
• You ensure that our infrastructure is perfectly prepared and ready for use
• You are live on-site at promotion and sponsorship events and ensure a smooth logistics flow and infrastructure on-site
• You actively contribute to the further development of new infrastructure and innovative concepts
• You take responsibility for the cleaning, maintenance, care, and repair of our equipment
• You coordinate and schedule assignments with an overview
• Manual or technical basic training and ideally already experience in event logistics
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented doer personality with enjoyment of the event environment
• Ideally driving license BE or higher as well as mobile elevating work platform 3a+b certificate is an advantage
• Good IT application skills (Office programs, Outlook, SAP knowledge is an advantage)
• Willingness to acquire new knowledge independently
• German in spoken and written form is mandatory, oral French skills and English are an advantage
• Reliable, communicative, and travel-loving personality with willingness for occasional evening and weekend shifts
