The Health Services department is part of our Operations division and professionally supports insured persons as well as pension beneficiaries in the field of occupational benefits. As a LPP disability benefits Specialist, you will support our insured persons on all matters related to incapacity for work and disability, with expertise, rigor, and a sense of listening. You will manage files from A to Z and coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners. Thanks to your precise, efficient, and service-oriented way of working, you will guarantee smooth file processing and actively contribute to the quality of support offered to our insured persons. Autonomous management of benefit files in the field of LPP disability. Opening, analysis, follow-up, and administrative processing of new benefit cases. Examination of benefit entitlements based on legal, regulatory, and contractual provisions. Requesting, checking, and analyzing necessary medical, administrative, and insurance documents. Coordination with social insurances, sickness daily allowance insurers, accident insurers, reinsurers, and other external partners. Telephone and written contact with insured persons, employers, legal representatives, authorities, and internal partners. Implementation, follow-up, and review of disability pensions as well as premium waivers, according to applicable processes. Close collaboration with PGM, Case Management, contract administration, accounting, and commercial organization teams. Participation in quality assurance, process optimization, and internal projects. Completed commercial training or equivalent training. Continuing education in the field of social insurance, occupational benefits, or benefits, a significant asset. Proven experience in the field of LPP, social insurance, or benefits processing. In-depth knowledge of Swiss social insurance legislation, with an emphasis on occupational benefits. Experience in benefit case management, ideally in the field of disability / incapacity for work. Very good command of French, spoken and written; good knowledge of German is an advantage. Proficiency in using IT tools and openness to digital solutions. Strong customer and service orientation, sense of responsibility, and ability to work autonomously. Analytical mind, network thinking, precision, reliability, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
