Service Technician and Administrator Ventilation / Air Conditioning (all) - 100 % in a 4-day week

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you are responsible for maintenance and upkeep work, as well as small installations in the field of ventilation and air conditioning systems. Likewise, independent fault rectification, repairs, commissioning of systems and air volume measurements as well as installation and maintenance of split VRF systems are part of the broad and exciting area of responsibility. You are responsible for receiving and rectifying all faults on the assigned systems.

As an administrator, you also provide support in the office (40%-60%). You schedule the work and arrange appointments with customers. The processing of order solutions through to development and billing is your responsibility, as well as the acquisition of repair and maintenance orders.

Your strengths

• You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering and/or building technology with knowledge in ventilation and air conditioning/refrigeration technology
• You bring several years of professional experience in the service sector and have good electrical engineering knowledge
• You have experience in the installation and maintenance of split and VRF systems with a corresponding permit
• You are an organizational talent and have a proficient and confident manner when dealing with customers
• You have good knowledge in the MS Office area
• You possess a driving license Cat. B, possibly also trailer license
