We are looking for our Steam & Gas Operation sector for a Thermiste Operator Your mission: You ensure the operation of the production and distribution installations of energies and utilities for the entire Monthey chemical site Your activities: • Operate complex energy production installations (steam, thermoelectricity, industrial and demineralized water, compressed air and technical gases) according to current prescriptions and standards • Prepare and carry out the commissioning and shutdown maneuvers of the production units • Guarantee the smooth running of the installations from an economic, technical and environmental point of view • Report and remedy defect(s) to ensure the production and distribution of all energies without interruption. • Perform surveillance rounds according to current service instructions. • Carry out laboratory analyses related to the production of demineralized water and boiler water • Participate in various maintenance and preventive maintenance work • Contribute at all times to the safety of people and installations You possess: • A technical CFC or a training deemed equivalent • The federal diploma of thermiste (failing this, the employee commits to following in-service training allowing them to obtain the federal diploma of thermiste) • An aptitude to work in teams, including weekends and nights (5-team rotation) • A valid category B driving license • A few years of experience in an industrial environment • A good ability to manage stressful situations • An open and dynamic personality We offer you: • A strong corporate culture, based on collaboration, trust and respect • A cutting-edge technological environment, within an SME anchored in the regional economic fabric • Real opportunities for professional development, with continuous training as a strategic pillar • Attractive conditions, including advantageous social benefits and flexibility favoring the balance between professional and personal life Start date: immediately or to be agreed
