Fiduciary / Payroll Specialist with Federal Diploma of Higher Education 80-100%

Our client is a dynamic fiduciary company.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of demanding client accounting
• Preparation of financial statements
• Independent management of payroll mandates including wage processing
• Preparation of social security, withholding tax, and VAT returns
• Execution of annual reconciliations
• Personal advice and support for national as well as international clients
• Close cooperation with internal specialists

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training
• Completed further training in the fiduciary field (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary business
• Profound experience in payroll as well as good knowledge of Swiss social security and value-added tax law
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High customer orientation as well as enjoyment of personal exchange
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
