Your tasks at your new employer
You define the strategic organization of the production workshops by optimizing manufacturing flows and driving absolute quality standards
You lead and coordinate operational teams by guiding them in the full mastery of specialized watchmaking operations: pre-assembly, precise assembly, movement control, and case finishing
You actively participate in the continuous optimization of processes by performing fine adjustments, designing innovative prototypes, and contributing directly to research and development initiatives
You collaborate on cross-functional improvement and evolution projects, working in close collaboration with different departments to anticipate market transformations

You have professional watchmaking training with exceptional mastery of case-making techniques and in-depth knowledge of all watchmaking operations
You possess solid and proven experience in a similar position within a manufacture or high-end structure, having demonstrated your ability to lead teams and optimize complex processes
