The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Seidenbaum in Trübbach accompanies around 150 children and adolescents with mental, physical or multiple impairments in an appreciative and supportive environment. Our offering is supplemented by the Flums location, where we support around 24 children and adolescents in the area of learning and behavioral promotion. With dedicated employees from various specialist departments, we create space for individual development, education and social participation. The Heilpädagogische Zentrum is managed on behalf of the Canton of St. Gallen and places great value on the needs and potentials of every single child and adolescent.

We are looking for an engaging personality as

HR Administrator 80-100 % (m/f/d)

per immediately or by arrangement

Tasks

• Independent implementation of all personnel administrative processes from entry to exit
• Preparation and implementation of monthly payroll processing as well as social security accounting
• Ensuring correct and timely maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files
• Advising and supporting employees as well as managers in personnel administrative matters

Requirements

• Commercial basic training with further training in the field of personnel
• Professional experience in personnel administration, preferably in a school environment
• Strong communication skills, high social competence and customer orientation
• An exact way of working as well as HR creativity characterize you
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation within the institution
• Confident handling of MS Office and Abacus
