Your future responsibilities: • You will be in charge of a client portfolio and your mission will be to retain and develop it. • You must also energize account openings and you will conduct your own negotiations. • You must supervise your clients' projects, respect deadlines and transmit needs internally. • You will perform your activity monitoring and you will be a support for your colleagues. • You will participate in different events and trade fairs to develop and strengthen your network. • You will support recruiters in their tasks as an expert. • You are a guarantor of compliance with labor conditions, standards and laws. • You will be an available, flexible and involved interlocutor. • You will be an ambassador for our company, its values and principles. • You may participate in the company's steering meetings as a guest. Your profile: • You possess real aptitude for consulting and negotiation. • You benefit from recognized experience in sales and recruitment professions and you excel in a particular area of activity. • You know the specificities of the regional job market. • Whether you are a university graduate or self-taught, we are looking for passionate talents. • You are a competitor and you develop your performance in a team spirit. • You have an excellent command of French with a very good writing ability. • You speak one or more foreign languages fluently. • You have a good knowledge of usual IT tools. • You have real soft skills (availability, rigor, interpersonal skills, charisma, ...). • You are a trustworthy and discreet person. • You possess a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
