These are your tasks

• You will take over the accounts receivable accounting and the collection process from a long-term employee who will be retiring
• You are an important support in the Billing team, process special cases, accompany the further development of the systems innosolv energy and Turas and answer complex customer inquiries
• As an educational officer, you are the first point of contact, coordinate their work assignments, are responsible for the operational training of the apprentices and maintain contact with the vocational schools

This is what you bring with you

• Many years of experience in energy billing in a comparable company
• Joy in dealing with customers and assertiveness
• Joy in contact with young people and the motivation to commit to KV training
• You are already an educational officer for KV training according to BiVo23 or are ready to complete the 5-day vocational training course.
• Prior knowledge of innosolv energy, Abacus and Turas and ideally Siloveda or the willingness to learn to use these systems
