Our SGI-certified intensive care unit with six beds cares for a demanding, interdisciplinary spectrum of patients with a focus on cardiac and visceral surgery. Specialist Responsibility / Nursing Expert Intensive Care (a) 70-100% Specialist Responsibility / Nursing Expert Intensive Care (a) 70-100% YOUR TASKS Development and leadership of instruments to ensure nursing and medical quality (according to SOP & evidence-based standards) as well as preparation and support of the implementation of nursing concepts Targeted, situation-specific application of evidence-based nursing knowledge and techniques, as well as advising your colleagues on nursing-specific issues in the intensive care units Case and progress monitoring, moderation of case discussions and professional nursing discussions Active co-design of clinical improvement and innovation processes within the framework of project work Active member of the nursing specialist group of Klinik Im Park Participation in direct care of critically ill patients in shift operations, including monitoring and operating medical technology devices (individual duty planning possible upon consultation) YOUR PROFILE Diploma as an Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or recognized as equivalent Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or equivalent degree; MScN is a plus Several years of experience in an intensive care unit of an acute hospital with HSM Strong communicative, methodical, and social competence Good digital skills Interest in innovation, further development, and clinical process design In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated inter- and multi-professional team awaits you.
