La Fondation Balcons du Lac brings together the EMS Les Palmiers, à Nurse 80% to 100% La Fondation Balcons du Lac brings together the EMS Les Palmiers, in Montreux, the EMS Résidence Les Laurelles, in Territet, the EMS Les Rosiers in Blonay, two temporary reception centers in Montreux and Villeneuve as well as adapted housing with support in Blonay. It employs approximately 180 collaborators across all sectors. In order to complete our care team at the EMS Les Rosiers, we wish to hire on an indefinite contract: Nurse 80% to 100% Your mission: Define individualized care for residents and propose measures allowing for evolution in the functioning and quality of care; Be responsible for the execution and follow-up of care with the staff (ASSC and nursing assistant/s); Organize and participate daily in the activities of the care service; Involve oneself in development projects of the establishment, in interdisciplinarity, as well as in compliance with internal directives and regulations; Keep the computerized records of residents up to date daily; Ensure nursing on-call duties on a rotational basis with all the nurses of the Fondation; Perform administrative tasks related to the function. Your profile (F or H): HES graduated Nurse or equivalent training recognized by the Croix-Rouge Suisse; Residing a maximum of 35 minutes from the Fondation; Ability to integrate into a young, dynamic and experienced team; Motivated, responsible, autonomous and flexible person; Good IT knowledge and especially of the usual professional software in the field (DIR, etc…); Interest in the elderly; 1 to 3 years of professional experience; Experience in EMS desired and/or used to working in large units.
