The Department of University Didactics and Adult Education offers continuing education and services on a regional scale for universities, higher vocational training, adult education, and secondary II. It also supports, through internal offerings, executives, scientific staff, and students. We are looking for reinforcement for our team and look forward to welcoming a committed personality. What you will do. • Management of reform and transformation projects in secondary II and tertiary, combined with teaching and consulting activities • Management of training in the fields of coaching and consulting, including teaching • Support for the development processes of offerings and curricula • Acquisition of process support and continuing education • Participation in R&D projects What you bring. • University studies with a consecutive master's in the field of social and human sciences, psychology or a related discipline • Teaching experience in secondary II and tertiary • MAS or comparable continuing education/specialization in the field of coaching or organizational consulting (a diploma recognized by bso is an advantage) • Experience in project management • Willingness to work interdisciplinarily What will excite you.
