In doing so, you will accompany the entire Employee Life Cycle – from recruitment to the advising of managers and employees to personnel development. In close cooperation with the COO, you will help shape the HR strategy and continuously develop people, structures, and processes. What you bring with you You have training as an eidg. HR-Fachfrau/HR-Fachmann or a university degree with a focus on Human Resources. Several years of experience in operational HR management of a comparable company forms the basis. With your intuition for people, your pragmatic way of working, and your high service orientation, you will make a decisive contribution to sustainable company success. You are proficient in German and English.
