Consultant / Lean Transformer (m/w/d)

As the leading Lean Construction consulting firm in Europe, we support construction companies in the planned, efficient and safe implementation of their projects. Through Lean Construction, IPA and BIM, we optimize processes, reduce waste and create transparency across all phases - for controlled costs, timely processes and strong collaboration in the project team. You are responsible for and develop projects independently - from initiation to successful completion. You are in close contact with our customers and are an ambassador of our philosophy. You transform and develop high-performance teams and inspire your environment to think lean within construction projects. You continuously expand your knowledge and develop step by step into an expert in your field. Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, project management, industrial engineering or a comparable field. At least two years of professional experience in construction industry projects, ideally with a reference to Lean Construction. Passion for continuous improvement and efficient processes - always with a focus on maximum customer benefit. You think solution-oriented, address conflicts openly and actively contribute to the further development of your environment. Fluent (Swiss) German language skills as well as good English language skills; French language skills are an advantage. Very pronounced presentation and moderation strength, analytical thinking, team spirit and openness to new things characterize you. Independent, professional working method as well as high willingness to travel within the DACH region (2-3 days / week).
