Healthcare Assistant (M/F)

Your mission
Ensure basic care, hygiene and comfort services in daily activities and assistance in maintaining order and cleanliness in the living environment
Monitor the general state of clients and transmit useful observations for quality care in the continuity of care
Stimulate and support clients and their relatives by maintaining their autonomy and quality of life as much as possible according to their capacities
Offer a listening ear and develop a relational and trust bond
Collaborate actively in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role allowing you to value your profession as a healthcare assistant as a full stakeholder in the health system
Your profile and your skills
CRS 120-hour healthcare assistant certificate or certification deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS) or willingness to follow the training
Marked interest in advanced age and home care
Ability to organize oneself autonomously while knowing how to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinarity
Experience in the medico-social field and marked interest in community health
Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
Mastery of French orally and in writing
Good ease with IT tools and mobile telephony
