• You administratively prepare inpatient treatments and ensure that the required documentation and documents are provided completely and on time from admission to discharge
• You take over telephone dispatch, coordinate incoming inquiries, and forward them specifically to the responsible internal or external offices
• You obtain patient-related information such as reports, findings, and other relevant documents from external hospitals, female and male family doctors, and other service providers and ensure their complete availability
• You record and document medical services correctly and completely, thereby supporting reliable billing of services
• You coordinate administrative processes around inpatient treatment and ensure a smooth flow of information between patients, treating professionals, and external offices

What distinguishes you

• You are a med. secretary, businesswoman/businessman, or med. medical practice assistant
• You have professional experience in writing medical reports
• You work independently and reliably, and you find it easy to familiarize yourself with a new environment
• Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form completes your profile
