• you lead the secretariat of the medical outpatient clinics professionally and organizationally (Monday to Friday / daytime working hours)
• in doing so, you plan and organize the outpatient clinics
• you ensure quality, participate in projects, and write medical reports
• additionally, you also assist partly with outpatient clinics and in the laboratory
• the workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on preference

requirements

• you have training as an MPA medical practice assistant, MPK medical practice coordinator, FaGe healthcare specialist or equivalent (f/m/d)
• additionally, you master medical terminology and bring experience in optimizing processes
• do you describe yourself as customer-oriented, communicative, well-organized, and socially competent?
