The Stiftung dreischiibe is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training and integration positions. In the day center and the meeting center, we promote social integration with 63 visitor places.

In Haus 5egg in Flawil, the «Restaurant 5egg» is operated by dreischiibe. We attach great importance to regional and seasonally coordinated fresh market cuisine and distinguish ourselves through professional service. In our gastronomy operation, we train apprentices as part of an IV measure and employ staff in supported workplaces. It is important to us to be able to pamper all our guests every day.

Effective immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for an enthusiastic specialist for the «Restaurant 5egg» in Flawil to strengthen our specialist team:

Relief Cook on Call (approx. 20%)
(to bridge holiday absences and shortages)

Your tasks

• Preparation and cooking of the daily dishes
• Helping to shape the daily offer
• Compliance with and implementation of HACCP
• Active participation in daily business

Your profile

• Training as Köchin/Koch EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Joy in cooking for different areas (Restaurant 5egg, nursing home residents and Spitex meal service)
• Strong social competence and high flexibility for deployment planning
• Empathy and respectful dealing with people with mental impairments
• Readiness for shifts on weekends and public holidays
