Your tasks <br /> • You develop, plan and realize socio-cultural projects for adolescents and young adults and promote their active participation. • With <<Mitmach>-projects, you inspire young people for Treibhaus and its offerings. • You give presentations at schools, network with youth centers and build and expand cooperations with relevant partner organizations. • Community Building is more than just a buzzword for you: You strengthen existing networks, develop new forms of participation and promote a lively community. • Together with young people, you plan and organize the framework program in the afternoon, such as learning cafés, workshops or other low-threshold offerings. • You are present as an accompanying person at events and ensure a supportive and connecting atmosphere on several evenings per month. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have a university degree, ideally in Socio-cultural Animation, Social Work or Pedagogy. • You already bring experience in project work as well as ideally in the youth or culture sector. • Young people inspire you. You approach them openly and succeed in winning them over for projects and offerings. • As a creative and proactive person, it is a matter of course for you to put ideas into practice. • You work independently, organized and keep an overview even with multiple projects. • You like moving in the Luzern youth and culture scene and joyfully accompany young adults on their path. • Flexible working hours are no problem for you. We compile the cultural program for the annual 200 events such as concerts or parties. And we realize creative projects in and around Treibhaus.
