A recognized actor in socio-professional integration, Orif accompanies people with disabilities or in social difficulty towards integration and reintegration, as well as sustainable maintenance in the labor market, in partnership with disability insurance (AI) notably and other clients. Reporting to the President of the Board of Directors, you ensure the strategic and operational management of Orif in compliance with its mission, its values and the legal framework. You propose the institution's strategy to the Board of Directors, you steer its implementation and the achievement of objectives. As guarantor of the quality, efficiency and impact of the services, you ensure the financial and institutional sustainability of the organization and contribute to its influence among its clients, partners and authorities.

Your main responsibilities

You steer the development and adaptation of services according to the needs of clients and the people being accompanied, with particular attention paid to their quality and impact. At the heart of the function, management involves animating and uniting the management team, accompanying the evolutions of the organization and promoting an HR policy favoring attractiveness, skill development, equality and health at work. The function also encompasses the supervision of financial and budgetary management, investments and assets, as well as the issues related to the information system, data security and the responsible use of digital technology and artificial intelligence.

Your profile

• At least 10 years of experience in a management function, ideally in the social field, has allowed you to develop a unifying and inspiring leadership. It is your ability to set a course, to mobilize and to place the organization in a long-term vision that will make the difference. You know how to accompany transformations, evolve an organization and create the conditions allowing teams to contribute fully to its development.
• Your higher or university professional training is accompanied by solid skills in financial management, business economics and project management, allowing you to understand the issues of the institution in their entirety.
• Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, you are committed to evolving and developing the institution over the long term, with discernment and in respect of its mission and its values. At ease in institutional environments, you have an established socio-economic network, or a real capacity to develop one.
• A good knowledge of social insurance and vocational training completes your background.
• Excellent writing skills in French are required; knowledge of German is an asset.
