Want to participate in varied construction projects within a dynamic and collaborative structure? We are looking for a committed professional to ensure the coordination and monitoring of construction sites, in close connection with teams and partner companies

Construction Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the direction and monitoring of construction sites, from preparation until the acceptance of works
• Prepare tenders, analyze offers, and establish comparisons
• Plan and coordinate the interventions of companies and the different trades
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality of execution, and current standards
• Organize site meetings and write minutes
• Maintain trusting relationships with clients, companies, and partners
• Guarantee effective communication with all project stakeholders

Profile

• Training as a Construction Manager or training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience of at least 3 years in tenders and site monitoring
• Native German speaker with good knowledge of French (B1-B2 level)
• Organized, autonomous person with an excellent sense of responsibility
• Team spirit, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously
