Wil by agreement Your tasks <br /> • You strengthen our team of the admission and emergency station 60+ as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF / FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry. • You take on the nursing responsibility of individual care and nursing of our patients as a contact person. • You accompany them individually through the nursing/therapeutic process, mastering complex situations successfully. • Your areas of responsibility also include everyday design, administration, and the implementation of medical/technical instructions. <br /> Your profile <br /> • You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas). • You have professional experience in somatics or psychiatry, ideally, or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field. • You are interested in working in a multiprofessional team in the field of psychiatry and in caring for people with age-related complexity. • You are interested in the Safewards and Recovery models and are happy to actively contribute. • You are a resilient, open-minded person with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration. • You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative work. <br /> Your salary Your gross salary is likely to be between 76'000.- and 110'000.- francs per year for a 100%-position.
