(Exclusive) Regional Sales Manager/Customer Advisor Field Service Construction/Industry

On a direct/exclusive mandate for our client, a renowned, market-leading construction and industry trading company headquartered in Zürich Ost (full home office/field service activity provided), we are looking for an immediate or by arrangement (Exclusive) Regional Sales Manager/Customer Advisor Field Service Construction/Industry # In this versatile role, you will advise customers in the areas of construction/modular construction/event construction and industry on renowned products (machines, devices, industrial cranes etc.) in sales as well as rental, and manage the Central Switzerland territory (LU, UR, NW, OW, SZ & ZG). You are part of a dynamic, collegial team of customer advisors and report directly to the Sales Director Switzerland. As a competent contact person for construction and industry, you will look after existing customers and continuously expand your customer base through optimal market development. You will visit customers, conduct needs analyses, and create specific offers. You will train customers in the application of the products, carry out on-site demonstrations, and participate in various trade fairs. Furthermore, you will work closely with the internal sales service, order processing (rental/purchase contracts) as well as with marketing and dispatch, and be in active exchange with the sales management as well as the management. Participation in sales-related special projects makes your activity additionally exciting. In doing so, you have the chance to actively help shape the growth/development of the market in a market-leading SME in Switzerland. Our client offers you an exciting task in a company with leading products/brands in its industry and attractive employment conditions (e.g., flexible work locations, modern infrastructure (also for home office), company car etc.) To optimally master this versatile challenge, you bring a completed basic technical training (industry or construction sector) and have ideally further educated yourself commercially or in sales (e.g., Technical Merchant, Sales Specialist). In addition, you possess several years of experience in sales and customer advice (field service), which you were able to gain in a company in an industry/construction or technical environment. Good market and regional knowledge (ideally Central Switzerland) in the construction and industry sector is also desirable. You communicate stylishly in German, other language skills are an advantage.
