Responsibilities

Are you passionate about demanding real estate portfolios, like to take on responsibilities, and know how to combine expertise, customer orientation, and team spirit?

Then, as a team leader real estate management or senior real estate manager (m/f/d), you will not only manage complex residential and commercial properties, but you will also directly influence the quality of our service as well as the satisfaction of our customers and our principals. Due to a new mandate, we are expanding our team starting in 2027 and are looking for a person who, depending on their experience and ambitions, will assume a key role either in a management function (team leader) or in a specialized senior function with leadership and coaching responsibilities.

If you possess leadership qualities in the form of coaching, entrepreneurial thinking, and appreciate professional collaboration, you are the person we are looking for.

• Responsibility for technical and personnel management as well as the development of collaborators in real estate management, including quality assurance
• as a team leader: you generally lead 6 to 8 collaborators

as a senior real estate manager: you generally assume the technical and personnel management of 3 to 5 collaborators and coach your team on a daily basis

• Close collaboration with the agency management and team management (for the senior function) or with the agency management (for the team leader function) on cross-functional topics and processes
• Autonomous commercial and technical management of residential and commercial/industrial properties
• Responsibility for high customer satisfaction as well as compliance with our quality standards
• Monitoring developments in the rental market and rental law
• Active management of new tenants and existing tenants as well as complete management of lease agreements
• Efficient management of rental vacancies, including relocation
• Negotiation and drafting of commercial and complementary lease agreements, annexes, and amendments
• Carrying out move-in and move-out inspections as well as monitoring tenant renovation projects
• Preparation, verification, and development of detailed heating and operating cost statements
• Drafting solution-oriented requests for principals and creating relevant reports
• Forecasting, budgeting, and planning with responsibility for results
• Direction and coordination of FM service providers
• Taking on special tasks and participation in projects (notably in the team leader function)

Requirements

• Real estate specialist with a federal diploma (real estate manager or fiduciary)
• Experience in a similar position (with management responsibility)
• Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties as well as other experience in the negotiation and drafting of commercial lease agreements, annexes, and amendments
• Autonomous personality with entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German skills oral and written, as well as good English skills desired
• Good IT skills (MS Office programs, possibly GREM)
• Engaging and neat presentation with strong social skills
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required (free parking in Root)
