The University Clinic for Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Inselspital Bern is a leading, internationally recognized medical center for gynecology. Our offering includes all areas of gynecology and obstetrics.
The University Clinic for Ophthalmology of the Inselspital has a long tradition of excellence in ophthalmology.
The Department for Gynecology and Ophthalmology includes 31 beds. Here, women with gynecological, oncological, or senological diseases as well as patients for conservative and microsurgical treatment of eye diseases are cared for.

What awaits you

• Care of day clinic patients, patients with complex surgical procedures and accompaniment of relatives in palliative situations
• Care of gynecological emergencies in the evenings and on weekends
• Care of patients after ophthalmological microsurgical procedures and during the treatment of eye diseases
• You contribute to the training of apprentices and interns in nursing professions

What you bring with you

• Training as a: Dipl. Pflegefachfrau:mann, or Pflegefachfrau:mann BSc.
• You appreciate the dynamics of a lively operation and are characterized by flexibility and resilience
• Strong service orientation for the patients and their relatives
• Ideally in-depth knowledge in women's care or motivation to learn and continuously expand this
