Mandate Manager with possible opportunity to succeed the current owner (m/f)
Workload: 60 – 100%
Contract: Permanent employment
Language: German (written and spoken)
Work location: Hintermättlistrasse 1, 5506 Mägenwil
Your contribution to the team:
Monitoring and managing mandate accounting (financial accounting incl. VAT returns / payroll accounting incl. social security settlements)
Preparation of interim and annual financial statements
Review of tax returns for natural and legal persons as well as preparation of demanding tax returns
Consulting and supporting very different mandates on financial, business, and tax law matters
Possibility to take over or support limited audit mandates
Personal and professional leadership of team members as well as promoting their further development
What you bring with you:
completed Federal Diploma of Higher Education and/or ideally a completed expert diploma (e.g., Treuhandexperte) or an equivalent qualification
several years of professional experience in the fiduciary industry, ideally as a Mandate Manager
IT affinity and very good knowledge of Abacus programs would be an advantage
independent, exact and responsible way of working
teamwork skills with an open and communicative personality
confident and professional appearance towards business partners
