• Professional experience in the acute care sector as well as good medical and technical understanding
• High motivation, perseverance, and willingness to learn, as well as enjoyment of professional development
• Strong team and cooperation skills as well as readiness for close interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German skills at least at level C1 as well as good computer skills
