This is us Chili Health Hinwil is an owner-managed health studio – not a chain, not mass operations. Our team of 8 people looks after members who are mostly 45+: people who do not come for a bikini figure, but because their back is aching, their shoulder is blocked, or the doctor said "You have to do something". That is exactly why we built our training concepts – supported by training systems such as Milon, Five, Sensopro and Pelvic, with which we work specifically and measurably on strength, coordination and pelvic floor. Some come because of back pain, others simply want to be able to climb stairs again without thinking. This proximity is not a side effect for us, but the core of the work. What you do Creating training plans and continuously adjusting them – taking into account history, complaints, medication Health analyses and consultation sessions: back analysis, mobility check, re-entry after injury Advising members on which offer currently fits them best – trial training, extension or additional offer Active floor supervision – you stand with the people, not behind the counter Collaboration on prevention campaigns and workshops Documentation of progress (we work with Magicline) What you bring – Must Completed training in the fitness, health or therapy sector: Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fitness, Physiotherapy BSc, Movement Sciences, Medical Training Therapy or equivalent Experience in caring for people 45+ or with health restrictions Fluent German, understand Swiss German Availability also in the early evening (our peak time is 17–20 Uhr) Advantageous Further education in back training, MTT, nutrition or fascia training Experience with small group formats What we offer Salary: CHF 5'000–5'500 at 100%, depending on education and experience (12 monthly salaries) Predictable duty roster, clearly communicated in advance Free training at all our locations Short paths: You speak directly with the owner, no three levels of hierarchy Team of 8 people – you know each other, you support each other Application Send us your CV plus a few sentences on the following question: Tell us about a member or patient for whom you really made a difference.
