Your area of responsibility As an engineer with further training in business administration, you are responsible in this versatile position with high degree of autonomy for the expansion of existing and the development of new markets with distributors, agents, as well as in direct sales. * Market analyses and business planning for new target markets * Development of customer contacts and the sales organization in new markets * Needs-based support of key customers and sales partners * Development of customer-specific solutions and offers * Positioning of the company towards customers, partners, and authorities * Determination of measures to support/secure the long-term value creation of the company * Competent and successful implementation of sales projects as well as tenders Your profile We are looking for an implementation-strong, travel-loving, and resilient personality who has a completed engineering degree (HTL/ETH or comparable level). In addition, you have further training in business administration. You can demonstrate at least five years of experience in the field of marketing offers that require technical and commercial explanation. Experience in international sales and in project management are an advantage; preferably in the railway environment or in safety-relevant applications. You have a convincing and winning appearance and are characterized by a high customer orientation and a professional way of working. Flexibility, the willingness to contribute innovative ideas, and entrepreneurial thinking are requirements for this position. Business-fluent German, English, and French skills round off your profile. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
