Tasks

• You process goods invoices and take care of the accounts payable workflow (KWF) in SAP
• You create payment runs and execute them on time
• You take over the processing of the Autobank as well as QR payments and clarify open questions.
• You perform general ledger postings and reconcile various accounts
• You process incoming accounts payable reminders
• You are the contact person for assigned Prodega markets and an important support in the posting of subsidiaries
• You conduct correspondence with customers via email and telephone

Requirements

• You have completed basic commercial training
• Ideally, you already have further training as a clerk in finance and accounting
• French and Italian language skills are an advantage
• You are proficient in MS Office programs
• It is an advantage if you bring SAP knowledge
• You have a flair for numbers and enjoy customer contact
