Claims Handler Daily Benefits

Your tasks • You are responsible for case management, determination and payment of insured daily benefits • Additionally, you are in contact with our contract partners, doctors, other insurance companies and our policyholders • The coordination and planning of the management of the benefit case is part of your responsibilities • You are responsible for scheduling and processing clarification cases and provide information to those affected by phone or in writing Your profile • You have a completed commercial or medical basic training • You have several years of professional experience in the health and/or social insurance sector • We require an independent, precise and expeditious way of working as well as good PC user skills • You are a communicative person and enjoy working in a team • Good French language skills are a great advantage We at Visana are shaping the future of healthcare - with passion and innovation.
