Technical Coordinator (M/F) - Swiss-turning Expert

You will join our team to ensure the smooth running of production activities, by providing close operational and technical support and by collaborating on the development and refinement of new products.

YOUR MISSION

• You actively participate in the development of new products
• You carry out production estimates for the preparation of offers
• You perform the programming and various technical instructions for the items to be produced
• You provide technical support to the Swiss-turners in case of unforeseen events during setup or during production
• You initiate continuous improvement axes and actively participate in process optimization
• You ensure the follow-up of maintenance and repair interventions
• You follow production objectives and manage deviations

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a CFC as a production mechanic, polymechanic, Swiss-turner or equivalent training
• You are comfortable with programming
• You have experience on one or more of our CNC machines (Micro 8, Deco 10, Deco 13, Swiss Nano, Citizen R04, R07, B12, C16, M16, L12, Tsugami B0126, P034E)
• Knowledge of an ERP would be an asset
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• You have an analytical mind and are proactive
