Job description
The ABB Kinderkrippen association operates 15 nurseries and an after-school care center at various locations, which understand themselves as family-supplementary institutions. The Chinderhuus places high value on pedagogical quality. For our Kinderkrippe Chinderhuus in Baden, we are looking for a dedicated group leader as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. You are an enthusiastic, resilient and flexible person who is motivated to contribute your knowledge and skills to us. You are a true team player! Working with children not only gives you great pleasure, but you put your whole heart into care. You are responsible, warm-hearted and patient. You possess completed training as a specialist in care, childcare specialty, or an equivalent qualification such as a state-recognized educator with professional experience, then you are exactly right for us! We offer you a 40 hour week, up to 6 weeks vacation, 13th month salary, no meal deduction, various internal and external training opportunities, up to 200 CHF discount on public transport (Reka money)!
