Portrait of the school/institution ### Embedded in the gentle hilly landscape of the Gantrisch area lies the Rüschegg school - a place where learning is designed personally, close to nature, and communally. Our school combines rural tranquility with pedagogical quality and a strong sense of togetherness. Around 141 children and adolescents attend our school from kindergarten to secondary level I. They are taught by a dedicated, manageable team that lives cooperation, openness, and mutual support. We understand school as a living space: relationships are at the center, individuality is taken seriously, and development is supported together. Our integrative attitude shapes everyday life - all children learn together and are accompanied according to their needs. You lead with clarity and empathy, create orientation, and promote trusting cooperation. You combine operational leadership with pedagogical vision and actively contribute to a positive, future-oriented school culture.
