For our client, an institution active in care and training in the Lausanne region, we are looking for an accounting clerk at 100 %. You will join a department that has evolved its practices through digitalization, as part of a permanent contract (CDI) with a desired start in early December 2026.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You take charge of supplier and customer invoices and entries, in compliance with accounting standards.
• You record cash movements and verify the accuracy of bank and cash balances.
• You ensure compliance with deadlines and internal controls during payments and reimbursements.
• You monitor fixed assets as well as operations related to paid ancillary activities and retrocessions.
• You ensure the processing of mail and support the daily organization of the accounting department.
• You participate in the evolution of procedures to improve the team's practices.

You offer your new employer

• You hold a CFC in commercial employment or an equivalent qualification.
• Your experience allows you to manage day-to-day accounting autonomously.
• You have an excellent command of French and are comfortable with Excel.
• You learn new software easily
• You demonstrate discretion, reliability, and good teamwork spirit.
