The Stiftung Wohnheim KONTIKI with integrated daycare center is an institution that offers 63 adults with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders a space to work, live, and exist. Together, we attempt to create everyday living conditions that come as close as possible to the usual conditions and circumstances of our society and our culture.

Apprentice Specialist in Care EFZ in the residential area

Your tasks ##

As a specialist in care, you accompany, care for, and look after adults with different forms of disability and care requirements. You perform client-oriented services such as personal hygiene, household management, and leisure activities. In addition, you document the developmental steps according to our client process (software Redline).

If you like to take on responsibility and proactively develop individual solutions together with our residents to support their greatest possible self-determination, we warmly welcome you as part of our team.

• You encounter people with impairments with respect and appreciation
• You have a positive and empathetic basic attitude
• You are resilient and psychologically stable
• You are willing to work also on weekends or on public holidays
• You can express yourself well in German, both orally and in writing
• You value active and constructive cooperation with supervisors and in the team
• - and last but not least: You possess a large portion of humor
