To strengthen our architecture team, we are looking for an experienced personality as a BIM Modeller / Architect (80--100 %) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Creating and further developing construction plans
• Secure and standard-compliant implementation of execution details
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines in construction
• Continuous checking of planning bases and created plans for correctness and completeness
• Supporting project and construction management in the tendering and submission process
• Collaboration on reports and final documentation

Your profile

• Completed training as a structural draughtsperson or technician
• Sound knowledge in 3D/BIM planning, ideally with ArchiCAD
• At least 15 years of professional experience in an architecture office as well as very good knowledge of the Swiss construction industry
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
• Independent, structured way of working and ability to work in a team
