HR tasks (100%) Your tasks Preparation, processing and posting of the monthly payroll run, incl. QST (in Abacus) Year-end tasks incl. payroll reconciliations Processing of registrations/mutations/departures with the social insurance providers Ensuring a smooth process during M&A’s Absence management (KTG, UVG, MSE, VSE and EO) Supporting internal contact persons in legal and strategic HR topics Creating contracts, contract adjustments, departure letters and employment references Accompanying employees throughout the entire HR life-cycle Assisting with the creation and posting of job advertisements as well as the administration of incoming applications Assisting with various projects Deputizing in job-sharing Your profile Further training in payroll and ideally in HR At least 3 years of professional experience in a very similar function Experience with Abacus is a plus You can communicate with employees at all levels Entrepreneurial and networked way of thinking You enjoy working in a team and can successfully act in a complex structure Our offer Young team with collegial interaction Central workplace in the heart of the city of Zürich at Bahnhofstrasse Flat hierarchies and short communication channels Development opportunities Have we aroused your interest?
