This is the job - Your main tasks #

• Strategic cross-industry consulting in the implementation of new regulatory requirements (defining requirements, performing gap analysis, identifying fields of action and implementing measures)
• Consulting our clients primarily in the following legal areas: (Gen)AI Governance & Compliance, contract and licensing law, Contract Design, data protection and information security, Third-Party-Risk-Management, Cybersecurity, FINMA requirements, etc. with a focus on issues related to digital transformation
• Taking on responsibility in sub-projects as well as supporting the planning, steering and implementation of complex client projects
• Active participation in the expansion of the international Legal Strategy Team
• Cross-industry project activity with the possibility to build up in-depth expertise in one industry

This job is for you if #

• You have successfully completed a degree in law or business law.
• You have at least 2 years of experience at the interface of law, technology and IT and have ideally already worked on digitalization, compliance, data protection, cybersecurity or transformation projects.
• You are enthusiastic about the practical application of legal requirements with a technological connection (e.g. data protection law, information security, cloud, AI).
• You enjoy driving projects forward in a structured manner, taking on responsibility and prospectively taking on project management tasks.
• You communicate convincingly and in a structured manner and you have the gift of conveying complex concepts and facts in a target-group-oriented way.
• You communicate confidently orally and in writing in German and English (C1 level).

• Certifications or further training in areas such as data protection, information security, cybersecurity, project management, Legal Tech or AI Governance
